Zero problems with this feeder. It's about the size of a small coffee maker and doesn't take up a lot of space. The portion size is perfect, we use Merrick Whole Earth Farms kibble which is small sized. Set for three daily feedings. Super easy set up, I opted to not record a voice message because I thought it was silly. Just know the our feeder came with a pre-recorded message in Chinese that plays right before the food dispenses. During the first week we woke up thinking someone was in our house (5:00 am feeding time)because we heard a voice and then the food sliding down the hopper..lol
